Single Bottle

The 2023 Vintage from Rushlake Vineyard has been produced from handpicked grapes in what was a fantastic growing season. Our wine has been bottle-fermented on the lees for 18 months using traditional methods to produce notes of elderberry, green apples, raspberry, and vanilla with blush.

We have used the highest quality (MD5) corks and bottles to ensure the wine will age beautifully in the cellar for many years. 

We are very excited about our first-ever vintage, and with only 6000 bottles produced, we expect it to occupy a special place in owners' collections.
